Michael Wm. Denis

Michael Wm. Denis is a senior director within Capgemini’s aerospace and defense market unit and co-leader of the Intelligent Aftersales and Services practice. He is a renowned consultant, author, and speaker on service lifecycle management capabilities, servitization business models and enabling technologies.
Over his 35 year career, Michael has worked with passenger and cargo airlines, rail operators, aerospace manufacturers, and militaries around the world developing and improving their business strategies, operations, enterprise architecture and technologies.
Michael is Capgemini’s representative to the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) and sits on the MRO working group and A&D Distributed Ledger Consortium (ADDC) steering committee.
Prior to joining Capgemini, Michael was the vice president of Strategy & Marketing for an aerospace software and business services company, principal at several aviation consulting firms and began his career as a surface warfare officer and gas turbine engineer in the U.S. Navy.
Michael holds a Master of Decision Science from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
