Joseph Eddy is the Director of Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) for Delta Air Lines, currently leading the implementation of Delta’s vision to bring fast, free Wi-Fi and personalized seatback entertainment to Delta’s fleet and ensuring industry leading reliability and performance. Joseph has 17 yrs. experience in airline operations, onboard product, supply chain, and fleet strategy. He’s began his career on the frontline in Delta’s TechOps organization, supporting products from the ground up, and has progressively supported different elements and levels of the airline’s product strategy with roles in operations, project management, supply chain, fleet strategy, and IFEC. Joseph has an MBA from Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business, and is certified in Lean Six Sigma.
