Ginelle Johnston is a seasoned aerospace professional with over a decade of experience in aftermarket, technical support, and aircraft maintenance. Her career journey has spanned various organizations, including industry leaders like Bombardier, Airbus and CAE, where she held leadership positions. Currently, she is supporting the EVTOL industry, driving aftermarket initiatives at one of the leading companies. Driven by a passion for diversity and inclusion in aerospace, Ginelle has been actively involved in initiatives to promote gender equality and representation in the industry. Her personal experiences as a woman leader have fueled her commitment to creating a more inclusive workplace. During her time as a board member and Vice President of Women in Aerospace Canada, she spearheaded innovative programs to empower women in aerospace, including upskilling initiatives, government collaborations, and outreach activities. Ginelle is a dedicated advocate for gender and diversity in the aerospace sector.
