Currently serving as Director of Finance and Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Strategies at Well Clinic, Isaiah specializes in preparing financial statements and documenting, validating and assessing financial systems, strategies, and controls that significantly improve business operations. 

Isaiah has 10 years’ experience providing accounting and financial reporting services including financial statement audit, financial statement preparation, and audit of internal controls over financial reporting for companies both domestic and international, ranging from start-up to billion-dollar companies both private and public. 

Isaiah’s key skills include full-service bookkeeping and financial statement preparation; sophisticated reporting, deep analysis, process management, and recommending improvements to accounting policies, procedures and controls. Isaiah received his BBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, is a member of Forbes the Culture and founded the Black Accountants Talent Network in 2020.
