Soon Heng Tey is a seasoned digital transformation leader with over 15 years of experience driving digital strategy and technology implementation spanning both the public and private sectors. He is currently CEO and Co-Founder of hubbedin.com and hubbed.co, where he leads tech and recruitment teams, develops advanced AI tools for schools and HR professionals, and builds strategic partnerships to expand platform reach. He previously co-founded springmaternity.com and bove.co, transforming Spring Maternity into a comprehensive mother and baby brand. With a background in engineering, he started his career as a Country Manager responsible for international defence technology collaborations and went on to hold different appointments ranging from enterprise architecture and strategic planning for defence IT investments. After his public sector stint, he obtained a CFA charter and was part of the fixed income investment team at Lion Global Investors, handling Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDOs) and private debt funds. In his free time, Soon Heng enjoys running, cycling, and has a keen interest in technology, coding, finance, and international relations. He has been serving on the Executive Committee of Business China Alumni since 2017.  A recipient of the Singapore Government Overseas Merit Scholarship, Soon Heng graduated from Oxford University with a Masters of Engineering (First Class Honours) in 1998.
