Raymond is an international finance leader with 2 decades’ experience working across different industries and in various company sizes, from family businesses to MNCs. Raymond has demonstrated experience in aligning the finance function to business strategies. Having worked as an in-house accountant in big corporates, and being in positions that provide analysis and advice directly to business owners, he is uniquely placed to establish and guide a company’s finance team to be a value-adding function that ties reporting and compliance with commercial insight. In his current role, Raymond marries his financial management experience with business acumen to lead the commercial growth of the company. In recent years, Raymond has built and strengthened financial and administrative foundations of post-funding start-ups in the scale-up phase of their operations, supporting them in accelerating growth. In his management capacity, Raymond has led the implementation of cloud solutions and digitalization of accounting & administrative processes.
