Jocelyn is the Human Resource Director for Aspial, which is a group with diverse business operations in jewellery retailing, real estate, financial services, hospitality and precious metal trading. A seasoned HR professional with more than 20 years of experience, she currently manages all aspects of the human resource functions, working closely with the business team to achieve organisational effectiveness through organisation design, talent development and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.  Jocelyn holds a Master of Business from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Science in Advanced Leadership Practise from University of Edinburgh Napier.
