Jo-ann has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and over 17 years of experience in the B2B payments industry. Her previous roles include leading the strategy, design, and development for consumer lending and business payments experience at digital lending and payments fintech provider WLTH, as Chief Product Officer. Prior to that, she was the Head of Products at MYOB (Mind Your Own Business Group Limited), responsible for product strategy and development of the company's financial services solutions spanning Payments, Loyalty, and Finance for businesses.

Jo-ann currently heads Summit as its CEO. At Summit, she spearheads a team that focuses on initiatives that empower their customers to achieve greater control over their business expenses and minimise administrative burdens. Previously, she joined Spenmo in 2021 as chief product officer and went from strength to strength in 2023 to become the Acting CEO and now stepping in as CEO of Summit. 

Leveraging Jo-ann’s broad experience across a wide range of Consumer and Business Banking solutions, coupled with her dedication to developing a customer-centric approach, she has driven multi-million-dollar revenue growth through new business development, fostering loyalty, and forging strong partnerships.

Jo-ann holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia.
