More than 20 years of leadership in the Financial Accounting and compliance fields, a Finance head who advocates business partnering to achieve organizational results. Some of Evan's achievements include winning the "Customer Care Award" for successful implementation of digitalizing collection platforms leading to past dues improvement by >50%, recovery of $1mio YA’15 Capital Allowances, superseding of EBITDA and Working Capital targets consecutively through close collaboration across streams, achieving high ratings for SOX-audit and internal-audit with strong commendation for streamlining work processes. In recognition of her leadership record, Evan has been conferred Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore by ISCA in 2017 and ASEAN CPA in 2020. Outside business, Evan had been appointed as the Chairperson in Community Involvement Program (@Cummins), Chairperson of Workplace Health Program (@BP Singapore - which won numerous Platinum awards from Health Promotion Board and BP-global-wide recognition) and reputed as the winner with most number of SSS & workplace-improvement (National Arts Council). Currently, she is a mentor for STEM Youth-Outreach, a volunteer with Crisis Management Support hotline and a facilitator at baking schools. She has recently attained CELTA (Cambridge University) and is a qualified WSQ-ACLP Trainer / Assessor.
