Former Regional and Global HR Director across 6 Continents and Multiple Industries    Emily Draycott Jones boasts a distinguished career having formerly served in strategic international HR Leadership positions for organisations such as Brocade Communications, Jones Lang LaSalle, Riverbed Technology, Sports Direct International, DHL, SThree Plc Royal Bank of Scotland and most recently for IFS, a decacorn ERP software vendor Emily is a passionate advocate for HR as a strategic business partner.   Recognised for bringing a unique lens, energy and style by rewiring mindsets, revitalising cultures and strengthening global collaboration Emily founded her own consultancy business Clearly SG where she focuses on bringing a blend of psychology, agility, technical expertise and humour to her client who range from start-ups to MNCs   Beyond her professional endeavours, Emily is also a regular keynote, panel moderator and guest speaker on topics ranging from work/life integration, human capital policies, mental health, growth mindset and DEI.     Cofounder of the network “Breadwinning Expat Ladies – Singapore”, Emily also works with Lean In as an ambassador and project committee member, is an advocate and advisor for various not for profits including TalentTrust and is an investor in a number of Technology based start-ups in Singapore and Overseas    In the midst of a multi faceted “day job” Emily is a mum of twins and part of the “sandwich generation” caring for both young children and aging parents with as much grace and resilience as she can muster.
