Before joining Employment Hero, Cian worked in a niche division in Mastercard spearheading strategic partnerships in APAC. Before that, he led an enterprise business development team with Grab, again looking after the Southeast Asian region. Cian is passionate about innovation and technology, always collaborating with customer experience and product teams to make sure customers feel heard and their needs are met
