Adib is the CEO of INVOKE Solutions - a Malaysian-based SME Enabler - and Director of adnexio, INVOKE's TalentTech startup.    Adib joined INVOKE in 2020 as a Commercial Lead responsible for client acquisition and project management across INVOKE's 5 business verticals. He quickly developed a niche for data products and market research - becoming Editor of INVOKE's geopolitical publications and lead consultant. Between 2020 to 2021, Adib served as INVOKE's go-to Account Manager for key client counters - ranging from multinational players in the aviation, automotive, and property industries to non-profits and government-linked corporations. In 2022, Adib assumed a double-leadership role as INVOKE's Head of Commercial and Head of Call Centre - responsible for designing and implementing work procedures and methodologies that led to a 34% MoM increase in output and INVOKE's strongest Q4 revenue to that date. He took over from INVOKE Founder Rafizi Ramli as CEO in December 2022.
