Rob is an inaugural member of the ICB was appointed as a Director of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers in April 2019 and into the Support & Resource Manager role in November 2019. Rob has oversight of the support & resource team, product training, workshops, and webinars and is an accomplished public speaker. Rob recently took on the new role of General Manager of Community Engagement and Education at the ICB. With over 30 years’ experience in the bookkeeping industry Rob is a registered BAS Agent and a MYOB Certified Consultant for over 25 years. Rob has run a multi-disciplinary training and consulting business including as trainer of the Cert IV in Bookkeeping in Bunbury WA. His experience extends from working with accounting firms, accounting software firms in support and training, as well as owning multiple small businesses of his own. Rob is currently the Chair of the WA Country Cricket Board as well as the Australian Country Cricket Council. Rob is also the host of the highly rated Podcast – “Heart of the Bookkeeper”
