Pradhima's passionate about using her accounting and finance skills to make a positive impact to non-profit organisations. She started her career at KPMG Sydney progressing from Accounting Cadet to Audit Manager and at the same time was involved in volunteering with Palmera, an Australian charity working with vulnerable communities in Sri-Lanka. This experience motivated her to make a pivotal career move to work in impactful charities and social enterprises. Since then she has worked with leading Australian charities in leadership roles such as Barnardos Australia, Social Ventures Australia and Settlement Services International (SSI). Currently, she is the Chief Financial Officer at KARI Foundation, Australia's largest Aboriginal Charity. She has over 18 years building her skills in influencing and building relationships, financial performance, analysis, accounting, business planning, business partnering, and people management. In her spare time, Pradhima leads personal development courses to large groups of people online focusing on coaching people to live a life they love and with purpose.
