Lucas loves bringing together this diverse skill set to make an impact, this includes:

  • Designing and delivering Randomised control trials in health behaviour change,
  • Winning the Australian Psychological Societies Workplace excellence award for the development of an evidence based workplace wellbeing program
  • And today, in his operations as Global Director of Wellbeing for Xero: A skyrocketing technology  company founded in New Zealand  that provides cloud-based accounting software platform for small- and medium-sized businesses.
Lucas has had an eclectic set of experience and passions which includes:
  • Completing a silent meditation retreat for over 6 months in the jungle of Malaysia,
  • Post graduate internship in Chinas largest hospital practicing traditional Chinese medicine;
  • Being an avid gardener and caretaker for three children and seven chickens
  • Has a black belt in Brazilian Jujitsu
