Frank heads up Hall & Wilcox’s Taxation practice and is a leading Australian tax expert with extensive experience advising clients on direct taxes, international structuring and taxation, business transactions, corporate restructuring and taxation disputes, from pre-audit stage to litigation. His clients include high-net worth individuals and families, family offices, privately owned businesses and a broad network of accounting and other professional referrers, in Australia and internationally. Frank also leads Hall & Wilcox’s Charities, Not-for Profit & Philanthropy practice. He regularly advises high-wealth individuals and family groups on private philanthropy and is a leading expert in Australia’s Private Ancillary Fund (PAF) regime.
