BioProfile FLEX2 combines Nova’s groundbreaking MicroSensor™ Card technology with optical measurement and freezing point osmometry for an automated and comprehensive cell culture analyser that eliminates chemistry sensor maintenance, increases analyser speed, and reduces sample volume. The full 16 cell culture test menu includes: Gluc, Lac, Gln, Glu, NH4+, Na+, K+, Ca++, pH, PCO2, PO2, total cell density, viable cell density, viability, cell diameter, and osmolality. BioProfile FLEX2 is capable of automated online sampling, to Ambr® 15 and 250 microbioreactors, and to bench scale bioreactor systems. 

BioProfile FAST CDV is a fully automated analyser designed to meet the needs of cell culture scientists requiring high throughput, rapid and extremely accurate cell density and cell viability measurements. Utilising trypan blue dye exclusion methodology with the industry’s most innovative and automated sampling preparation, results are available in just one minute while eliminating virtually all manual sample prep procedures.
