From 2006 to 2007 after graduating with a diploma in biology, Maria worked as a research assistant at the Central Institute for Mental Health in Mannheim on the topic of depression and anxiety.
From 2007, she worked as a researcher at the Heart Center Leipzig, where she contributed to preclinical and clinical studies on the subject of physiological and pathological hypertrophy of the heart and skeletal muscle.
Since 2014, she has worked at Vita34 AG as a project manager in the area of research and development. The central topic within this research group is stem cell research in the field of umbilical cord blood, cord tissue, adipose tissue with focus on cryopreservation. Since 2018, she has been the deputy head of production for the private umbilical cord blood bank Vita 34.
There are two parts to the World Advanced Therapies & Regenerative Medicine Congress: a conference and an exhibition featuring solutions for pharma and biotech.
