Ryan Ades, Director of IPPE and Experiential Curriculum, Purdue University

Ryan S. Ades, PharmD, BCPS is the Experiential Learning Curriculum Coordinator for Purdue University College of Pharmacy.  He practices community pharmacy in the Purdue University Pharmacy, where he coordinates an experiential course for first professional year pharmacy students.  He has delivered immunizations in practice since 2011, and has led pharmacy students through a nationally recognized immunization course and certification since 2019.  Dr. Ades is a member of the Experiential Learning Advisory Council for the Purdue University College of Pharmacy and serves as Co-Chair of the Legislative and Regulatory Council for the Indiana Pharmacy Association.  He administrates a grant program for District IV of the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy/American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy focused on driving meaningful, lasting change initiated by pharmacy students.  His current teaching and scholarship focus on pharmacy law and legislative advocacy, increasing vaccine access and administration, and developing immersive experiential opportunities in diverse practice sites for pharmacy students.
