Nick has 30+ years of major defense acquisition experience leading programs of significant national security interest. He has successfully led multiple programs that required “out-of-the-box” creative strategies and solutions. Some of the investigation of possible solutions led him to DoD’s Other Transaction Authority (OTA). He established and managed the Medical Chemical/biological Defense Consortium (MCDC). The DoD’s first DoD medical consortium-based OT. Building on that success he used the CWMD consortium to turn a major defense acquisition program around, putting it back on track to meet US international treaty commitments. As a retired senior executive using his vast experience, he advises and develops strategies for using the OTA to achieve his USG client objectives.
