Mary Jane McNamee | Dir. of Scientific & Regulatory Affairs

Dr. McNamee is Director of Scientific and Reguatory Affairs for the Animal Health Institute, Washington DC, where she facilitates engagement between regulators and the animal health industry.  MJ is a seasoned veterinarian and legal professional with over 25 years of experience in veterinary medicine, including 20 years as co-owner of a companioin animal hospital.  A graduate of the Univeristy of Pennsylvania School of Vetrinary Medicine and Villanova University School of Law, she combines her expertise in veterinary medicine and legal affairs.  Prior to joining AHI in 2022, she served as Chair of the Pennslyvania Veterinary Medical Asociation's Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee, where she was recognized for her leadershp in advancing the veterinary profession and animal health through policy development and education.
