Martin Pech | Senior Manager Development and Head of Manufacturing

Dr. Martin Pech is a trained biosystems engineer who began his career in the industry with a company in Germany, working in the CTM department. He spent two years in this role before moving on to positions at universities. For five years, he worked as a scientist at the University of Lübeck, Germany, and in Sydney, Australia, focusing on developing processes for viral production and purification, conducting data modeling, and performing hole genome studies, culminating in the completion of his PhD. In 2017, he joined IDT Biologika as a group lead in process development for viral vaccines and CGT. Since 2022, he holds the position of a Senior Manager Development and Head of Manufacturing, overseeing CTM manufacturing at IDT Biologika
