Dr. Gerben Marsman obtained his doctorate degree at Sanquin Research (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) and completed a post-doctoral research position at the Max-Planck Institute for Infection Biology (Berlin, Germany). He joined the VFI in 2023 as a Project Manager and is currently Head of Alliance Management at VFI.
