Thomas is Director of Bioinformatics and AI/ML at Evaxion, where he leads the development of Evaxion’s AI-Immunology™ platform for designing vaccines against cancer and infectious diseases. Prior to joining Evaxion in 2016, Thomas acquired his PhD in Immunological Bioinformatics from the Technical University of Denmark, where he worked on developing novel tools and methods for the prediction of T-cell epitopes.
