Cesar is part of Regulatory Innovation & Global Engagement and serves as International Policy Lead at Accumulus Synergy.  In his role, he collaborates with industry experts, national regulators, and global organizations to support policy updates and develop strategies that enhance regulatory frameworks.  His work promotes industry collaboration through an innovative cloud-based data exchange model, which is central to the Accumulus platform.  Cesar plays a central role in driving adoption of the Accumulus platform sponsors, regulators, or international bodies, ensuring seamless integration and utilization across industry.  Additionally, he leads the Digitalization in Regulatory Topic Group for IRISS, spearheading discussions that advance digital transformation within the regulatory landscape. Cesar has over twenty years industry experience, prior to Accumulus, he spent 12 years at Pfizer in various leadership roles within Submissions Management in Regulatory Operations.
