Sonia Valero, Head of Clinical Operations and Patient Advocacy representative, Vivet Therapeutics Pharmacist by training with a specialization in neurosciences, Sonia Valero has over 25 years of experience in drug development across early to late phases in CRO, pharma, and biotech. She has extensive expertise in clinical activities and spent more than five years in the regulatory department at Servier. Since 2015, Sonia has worked with biotech companies specializing in rare diseases, contributing significantly to the development of gene therapies and other innovative treatments (GenSight, Pharnext, and Vivet). She is actively involved in developing patient engagement strategies and, as a Patient Advocacy representative, is responsible for coordinating relationships with patient organizations.
