Sarka Kubinova, PhD, is the coordinator of the MoCA (Mechanism of Coordinated Access to Orphan Medicinal Products) project. She currently works as an HTA assessor at the State Institute for Drug Control, the national regulatory authority for pharmaceuticals in the Czech Republic. Prior to this, she worked in academic research in the field of neuroscience and regenerative medicine, as the head of Department of Biomaterials at the Institute of Experimental Medicine, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.upgrading to the latest one
