Daniel-Aníbal García Diego holds a Law degree from the University of Cantabria and is a practicing lawyer with the Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid - ICAM). He has a Master’s in Economic Analysis of Law and Public Policy from the Ortega y Gasset Institute-UCM and a Master’s in Health Management and Planning for Health Executives from UEM-SEDISA.
He has authored numerous scientific papers and presented at national and international conferences on hematology, hemostasis, and health economics. He is a Youth Fellow of the World Federation of Hemophilia and a member of various health and healthcare management societies. Active in advocacy since 2004, he has been president of the Spanish Hemophilia Federation (Fedhemo) since 2005. He served as Secretary of Organization at COCEMFE (2016-2020) and is currently Secretary of Finance. Since 2018, he has also chaired FEACEM (Spanish Federation of Associations of Special Employment Centers).
