Where is the conference?

Exhibition and conference sessions will be in The Gaylord Convention Center on the Ballroom level in Woodrow Wilson, Baltimore, Annapolis, Cherry Blossom and Azalea Ballrooms.

 

What are the new conference dates?

The conference is now being held August 24-26.

 

What if I can't attend the new conference dates?

You can register your registration to a colleague. Email Jimmy.Skroubelous@terrapinn.com with your colleague's information or with questions.

 

Do you have discounted rooms for attendees?

Yes, there are a limited number of discounted rooms at The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

If you booked a room for the original dates, your room has been cancelled. If you put a deposit down on your room, you will receive a refund to the credit card on file within 3-5 days.

The new room block link for the new dates will available in a few weeks.

We also have discounted rooms in the AC Hotel.

How do I get to the venue?

You can get to the venue by plane, train, subway or bus. Here are the directions for each mode of transportation.
 
PLANE
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport to the venue, being 6.9 miles away. The hotel does not provide shuttle service but there is a SuperShuttle for $18 USD each way and Taxi’s available for about $28 USD each way
TRAIN

Is there discounted parking?

There is not discounted parking. The parking rates are:
  • On-site parking, fee: 14 USD hourly, 30 USD daily
  • Valet parking, fee: 49 USD daily
  • Additional parking fees: 1-2 hours $20
  • 2-3 hours $24
  • Self-parking validated for up to 3 hours at Old Hickory & Pienza

Where do I get my badge?

You can collect your badge from the registration desk located between Woodrow Wilson and Annapolis Ballroom on the Ballroom level of The Gaylord.

 

What time does registration open?

If you have a 3 day pass, registration opens at 8:00AM on Monday, August 24.
If you have a 2 day pass, registration opens at 7:30AM on Tuesday, August 25 and 7:30AM on Wednesday, August 26.

 

What are the conference hours?

Pre-conference hours for 3 day passholders only are 9:00AM-5:00PM on Monday, August 24.
Conference hours for 3 and 2 day passholders are 8:30AM-6:00PM on  Tuesday, August 25 and 8:30AM-4:15PM on Wednesday, August 26.

 

Will drinks and food be provided?

Yes, coffee and a boxed lunch will be available during networking breaks

 

Will there be WIFI?

Yes, basic WIFI will be provided for all attendees. 

 

Can I view the presentations from the conference?

Yes, the presentations will be available to view and download in the networking app within two weeks of the conference.

 

Where can I view a full attendee list?

You can view a full list of attendees, sponsors and speakers in the networking app under "profiles."

When will the app be available?

The app will be available on Monday, July 31,   2020. You will have access to it until December 30, 2020.

 

I didn’t receive my networking app login information, who do I contact?

  • First, you need to be registered for the conference to receive your login information
  • If you are registered, check your junk folder for an email from World Orphan Drug Congress 2020 (Ashley.Pierson@terrapinn.com)
