Manish Sinha, Chief Operating Officer, Hyderabad International Airport

Manish Sinha is the Chief Operating Officer, RGI Airport Hyderabad. A senior airport professional with more than 25 years of experience, he started his career as Management Trainee with Airports Authority of India and has served at various airports within the country.  
Prior to joining GMR Group, he was heading the department of Airport Operation Services at Mumbai International Airport. He holds a bachelor degree in Science and MBA with Specialization in Marketing 
Apart from being a subject matter expert in Airport Operations, he has contributed profoundly in the area of Business Excellence and Service Quality delivery. He has proven expertise in providing timely solutions to complex Airport Business issues involving government and regulatory authorities in multi stakeholder environment. He is Certified Coach & Job Evaluator by Hay’s Group and has been associated as a core member in succession planning, identification and grooming of TETs (Top Emerging Talents).
He has to his credit of establishing the 1st AOCC in India in 2007. He also introduced the concept of FBO (Fixed Base Operations) first time in India. He has proactively served as member of the state Advisory Committee on schedule Air Transport of DGCA & Member of Aerodrome Standards Committee of DGCA. 
He has been speaker in various International forums Aviation Festival Asia, Aerodrome India, ICT Aviation Forum organized by SITA etc. 
Manish has been one of the key contributors towards various awards won by Hyderabad International Airport like ACI ASQ award on service quality, ACI Airport Carbon Accreditation award for Level 3, “Golden Peacock Award” for Environment, Energy Conservation award, Operational Excellence award, etc. 
Beside his professional front, Manish is passionate towards social cause like community development, “joy of giving” and also encourages his team members to stand out for such noble cause.
