Javed Malik is an aviation enthusiast, optimist, entrepreneur, keen sportsman and politician. 

He was one of the first South African business men to open a textile factory in the country in the 90s. His businesses span the aviation, property leasing and textile industries. 

In 2014, Malik co-founded PAK Africa Aviation that owns low-cost aviation company Skywise Airlines, based in Johannesburg. With the airline his role as Co-Chair is to lead the media and PR department. 

He is currently finalising the acquisition of 1Time Holdings, as well as launching another aviation company called Cobra Aviation that will specialise among other things in air charter services and cargo. 

Malik also writes about South African aviation, politics and travel and tourism industry. He also fights for transformation and economic justice in the domestic aviation industry.
