The World Drug Safety Congress America committed to running a safe event, which will follow the Covid-19 city guidelines of Boston and state guidelines of Massachusetts in accordance to any mandates around mask or vaccine requirements, as well as any capacity and social distancing requirements of indoor gatherings.​
 
Our venue holds the highest standard of daily cleaning on the expo floor and in between sessions.
 
To eliminate physical touchpoints, we have created a robust digital interface (via Swapcard app) for attendees to access event features (i.e. accessing registration badges, networking meetings, attendees, badge scanning, agendas, floorplans, etc.) so attendees can effectively and safely experience the physically event.

 

Vaccine Requirment

 

All attendess are required to be double vaccination against covid-19. Unless there is a medical reason, in which case a negative PCR test within 72 hours will be required.

Use The App

 

 

To eliminate physical touchpoints, we have created a robust digital interface (via Swapcard app) for attendees to access event features.

Personal Protection

 

All attendees will be required to wear a face mask at all times. Hand sanitizers will be located in all areas of the event. All attendees will be temperature screened on entering the venue

Inside The Show

 

  • We’ve increased staff and security to provide the BEST customer service and information accessibility.
  • Trash will be removed from the exhibit hall with greater frequency.
  • Daily disinfecting will take place to sanitize all seating, restrooms and frequently touched public areas.

Crowd Density

 

There will additional seating or standing room provided in each room for you to safely distance youself. 

Non-Contact
 

 

Registration will be non-contact. Exchange of business contacts will be facilitated through QR codes in the event app.

Venue Commitment

 

All public areas of the venue will be sanitized regularly, airflow and circulation enhanced.
