Tuesday, October 29 – Wednesday, October 30, 2024

• Closest entrance – Southeast Level Lobby C on D Street: Hall C will be directly in ahead.

• Entering via Westin Footbridge: Turn left and follow the hallway until the second set of escalators. Take the escalator (or elevator) down two levels. This will bring you to Level 0 and Hall C will be on the right.

• Entering at the Main Lobby: Bear left and follow the hallway until the second set of escalators. Take the escalator (or elevator) down one level. This will bring you to Level 0 and Hall C will be on the right.  

• Guest Service Associates (GSAs) that are identifiable by their red blazers that will be posted at each entrance for the event and will be able to assist with directions and any general questions about the facility or Boston!

Wednesday, October 30th:

Download the event app by searching 'Terrapinn Events' in the app store and signing in with the email address you registered with.

All show information, conference schedules, and networking is done through the Event App, Terrapinn Events.

To self-park ($25 and $50 for oversized vehicles), from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive, drive past the valet area, and continue straight along the side of the building. At the end of the building, make a right and go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and you will see the entrance to the South Parking lot in front of you. Accessible parking spaces are also located in this lot, closest to the building (the same parking rates apply).

WiFi will be available for all attendees during the event for basic work functions like checking emails, etc. If you're planning on streaming videos/live streaming during the event at your booth, you should order additional internet services through the BCEC.
