Lucy has over 20 years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and is currently Associate VP of  Medicines Quality Organisation International at Eli Lilly and Company. Lucy leads large regional teams driving continuous improvement in quality systems across the international region in the areas of safety, regulatory, medical affairs and clinical operations.  Lucy has led multiple key sponsor and site inspections across GCP and GPvP. She was responsible for implementing key safety quality deliverables such as Detailed Description of Pharmacovigilance Systems and Pharmacovigilance System Master File and helped create the current Safety Quality CAPA system. She previously chaired the UK Pharmaceutical trade association (ABPI) - Pharmacovigilance Expert Network (PEN) group for over 4 years. Lucy is known for her enthusiasm and passion for quality, ensuring that processes and governance are designed with quality in mind to enable speed and excellence.
