Rachel Osikoya, Director, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Maersk Group

Rachel is the global Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Maersk, a global transportation and logistics company. Rachel is British and has over 14 years of experience in Diversity and Inclusion. Her career has enabled her to spend 4 years living and working in South Africa where she was Head of Organisational Culture for the Standard Bank Group and more recently nearly 3 years living and working in Denmark for her current role. Her experience spans across the Financial Services Industry (Barclays plc.), ICT industry (BT plc.) and as a lay member on the Equality and Diversity Committee for the Bar Standards Board.
 
Rachel has a first class BA Honours in Accounting and Finance and was presented with a social science faculty award upon graduation.
 
Rachel now lives and works in the UK with her husband and four year old son.
