Where is the event being held?
  • The Trading Show Chicago is being held at Navy Pier.
    • 600 E Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60611
  • The event is taking place in Lakeview Terrace. Please enter through Entrance 2 all the way at the end of the pier. If you are using a Taxi/ Rideshare pick-up, please advise them that you would like to be dropped off at Entrance 2 -the BACK Entrance
How do I get to the venue?

Where can I park?
  • Parking information can be found here . It is recommended that you park in the East parking Garage.

Do you have discounted rooms for attendees?
Where do I get my badge?
  • You can collect your badge from the registration desk located at the entrance of Lakeview Terrace.
 
What time does registration open?
  • Coming into town early? You can stop by starting at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 5th to collect your badge.
  • Registration officially opens at 8:00 on Wednesday, May 6th and will be open throughout the two event days. Once you receive your badge, you do not need to check in at the registration desk again.

    • Registration: 8:00 am
    • Conference Hours (FULL ACCESS PASSES ONLY): 8:50 am – 5:20 pm
    • Exhibition Hours: 8:00 am – 5:20 pm
    • Networking Reception (FULL ACCESS PASSES ONLY): 5:20 pm – 6:20 pm
  • Thursday, May 7th
    • Registration: 8:00 am
    • Conference Hours (FULL ACCESS PASSES ONLY): 9:00 am – 3:30 pm
    • Exhibition Hours: 9:00 am – 2:10 pm
 
What is the difference between the visitor pass and full access pass?
  • The visitor pass is a free pass which allows you access to the exhibition hall and seminar theatre ONLY. This pass does not all access to any of the conference session or networking events.
  • The full access pass allows you access to the keynotes, conference sessions, exhibition hall, seminar theatre, networking events, meals and full access to the networking portal.
  • You can register through by clicking here .
 
Where can I view the conference agenda?
  • The full schedule and agenda can be found on the website here or in the networking app.
  • Please note: You do not need to register for sessions in advance.
 
Will food and beverage be provided?
  • Food and beverage will be provided for attendees with full access passes. This includes, morning coffee, coffee during the morning and afternoon networking break, a boxed lunch and a one-hour reception on the first day of the event.
 
Can I view the presentations from the conference?
  • Yes, the presentations will be available to view and download in the networking app within two weeks of the conference.
 
Where can I view a full attendee list?
  • You can view a full list of attendees, sponsors and speakers in the networking app under “profiles”

When will I gain access to the networking portal?
  • The networking portal goes live on Wednesday, March 25th. Your login credentials will come from the Trading Show Chicago 2020 on behalf of nicolette.peluso@terrapinn.com . If you register for this event after Wednesday, March 25th it will take 24 hours to receive your login credentials. Please check your junk mail as well!
 
How do I access the networking app?
  • Download the “Terrapinn Events” app in your app store on your phone
  • The event code is “The Trading Show Chicago 2020”
  • Enter your username and password
 
Can I view the app on my computer?
 
I didn’t receive my networking app login information, who do I contact?
 
How long do I have access to the app?
  • The app will be available until December 30th, 2020.
