With over 20 years of experience in strategy development and delivery within the converging communications, technology and digital media space, Roland is an independent senior adviser working with established companies, Start-ups, venture capitalists and private equity firms.
He has considerable experience in a broad range of strategy definition and development, M&A and transformational initiatives. He has helped customers identify and capture growth opportunities through business model innovation, creation of new revenue streams, addressing new markets and transforming existing operating models. Some themes of focus include; Mobile Device innovation, Machine2Machine and the Connected eco-system, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Content distribution.
Roland has also led client engagements in other industry verticals such as Financial Services, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Automotive focussing on Digital opportunities, Strategic Sales & Marketing and transformational related programs.
Roland previously held leadership roles at some prominent Management Consulting firms leading projects and customer relationships across Europe, Asia, Latin America and the US.
He holds a degree in Economics, with specialism in Accounting from the University of London.
