Conntac’s innovative software solutions help thousands of customers daily with technical problems of any kind: from fixing the internet connection automatically, to optimizing the wifi connection, to contacting customer support easily - 24/7, intuitive and fast. 
The Conntac Self-Service Solution consists of the Conntac Self-Service App for end customers and the Conntac Dashboard for managers and service agents. The Whitelabel-Solution extends the service offering for more satisfied customers and reduced hotline calls at the same time.
In 2017 the company was awarded the Gründerpreis - Digitale Innovationen at the CeBIT. In 2018 Conntac successfully published the o2 DSL Hilfe App for Telefónica Germany and welcomed since then more telecommunications companies like M-net and Vodafone as partners. 
Conntac is a fast growing IT company located in Augsburg, Germany. The team consists of interdisciplinary talents who are developing intuitive and user-friendly Self-Service Solutions for technical customer service.
