Pedro URIA RECIO is a senior analytics and marketing executive, currently leading the analytics transformation at Axiata Group, a regional telecoms & digital conglomerate, with a cross-functional team of 40+. Earlier roles include Axiata Head of Business Transformation and Engagement Manager at McKinsey, focusing on marketing and strategy. Pedro also worked for McGraw-Hill / Standard & Poor’s in New York and for Orange in Paris.  
Pedro is thought-leader in digital marketing, artificial intelligence and data analytics. His career has encompassed building, leading and mentoring diverse high-performing teams, developing marketing and analytics strategy, commercial leadership with P&L ownership, leadership of transformational programs and management consulting. Pedro has worked widely across emerging markets, Europe and the USA and has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Pedro is a high-impact leader and is enthusiastic about coaching people.
