Kiran Zaidi is the Vice President of Sustainability at Telenor Asia, where she leads the regional strategy for sustainability and responsible business practices across Telenor’s Asian markets. Based in Singapore, she focuses on advancing the company’s sustainability agenda through initiatives aligned with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities.

With over 15 years at Telenor, Kiran has held leadership roles across multiple HR and organizational development functions. Prior to her current position, she served as Vice President of Talent and Organization, and earlier as Director of Asia Talent Management, where she was instrumental in shaping leadership development, organizational design, and culture transformation strategies.

Her background spans talent management, rewards, HR business partnering, change management, and people analytics, with experience across both regional and in-country roles in Pakistan, Singapore, and other Telenor markets.

Kiran holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the National University of Modern Languages, and has completed executive programs including the INSEAD Strategy Execution Program and People Analytics at the University of Cambridge. She is also certified in psychometric assessments (Cut-e) and is a graduate of Telenor’s LEAP Leadership Program.
