Henri Helanterä has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He is currently responsible for Elisa Polystar's Transport Network Automation business, helping service providers automate the network configuration and service orchestration processes across complex multi-vendor networks. Prior to that, he has helped develop Elisa Polystar's technology and solution offering, leveraging the latest technology innovations in the industry ecosystem with a focus on combining AI/ML based analytics with automation to improve the management of networks and services delivered to end users. Prior to joining Elisa Polystar, Henri had a long career in Nokia, working in head of technology, solution sales and r&d roles globally and in Apac.
