With over three decades at the forefront of Philippine ICT innovation, Francisco “Cocoy” Claravall currently serves as Vice President and Head of the Wholesale Division at Globe Business. In this role, he drives revenue growth across the service provider and hyperscaler markets, forging strategic partnerships to unlock new opportunities in the digital economy.

Cocoy’s career at Globe spans leadership roles in product development, engineering, sales, and ecosystem partnerships—powering digital transformation for 100,000+ Philippine enterprises. Prior to Globe, he built a strong technical foundation at Cisco, Motorola, and Andersen Consulting.

He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering (Cum Laude) from Saint Louis University and an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, complemented by executive training from the Kellogg School of Management. Outside of work, Cocoy is a mentor, choir director, and indie songwriter, committed to bridging technology, business, and purpose.
