Driven by a fervent passion for advancement and tangible support for Indonesian women, Dian founded Sisternet, a transformative platform empowering women with skills and mutual support. Today, Sisternet has benefited over 500,000 women, fostering a community of empowerment and growth. In 2022, Dian's exemplary leadership was recognized by the Indonesian government, appointing her as Co-Chair of the W20 Indonesia Presidency, a key G20 engagement group. She launched the W20 Sispreneur program, aimed at fostering an inclusive economy. Dian continues to collaborate with women leaders globally, championing the W20 agenda.
