Is the event a physical event, in-person?
YES! We are so excited to host the event in-person at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre CentralWorld, Bangkok, Thailand!

Can I attend the event virtually or dial in?
NO. All attendees will need to be at the event physically. Conference content will not be available online . The virtual platform (powered by Swapcard app) is only available for attendees to arrange for meetings, view agenda summary and see exhibitor listing.

Where can I view the latest agenda?
You can find our latest agenda here . The most up-to-date version will also feature on our event platform, Swapcard . Please note, there will be no "paper agendas" at the event, so we encourage you to download the app.

I have registered for the event as a paid delegate but I cannot attend the in-person event due to unforeseen circumstances. What should I do?
Please write it to therese.ledesma@terrapinn.com stating the reason for absence at Telecoms World Asia 2024. Please note that your pass is non-transferable.

Can I get a 1-day conference pass? Is there an Exhibition-Only pass?
Unfortunately, we do not provide 1-day conference pass and Exhibition-Only passes. Latest ticket pricing can be found here .

Does the conference pass include airfare and accommodation?
The ticket does not include travel and accommodation costs. Please make the necessary arrangements. Telecoms World Asia 2024 does not have any Official Airlines.

Will lunch / F&B be served?
Lunch is included in the conference pass for all confirmed conference delegates.
You can also explore other F&B options in Centara Grand CentralWorld here . Please note you cannot bring F&B items into the Halls. .

Do I need to apply for a visa to enter Thailand?
Please visit https://www.thaievisa.go.th/ and check with your local immigration authorities for latest information.

I need a Letter of Invitation (LOI) for my visa application. What should I do?
Please ensure you have registered for Telecoms World Asia 2024 first. Once that is done, email us at customerservice.sg@terrapinn.com with your contact details. Please note we will take up to 3 working days to issue the LOI upon receiving full details. Requests for LOI will cease on 5 November 2024.

What documents do I need before I can travel to Thailand?
For overseas attendees, are also strongly advised to check with your local immigration and health authorities for all travel protocols.

When can I collect my event badge?
Please collect your badge from the registration desk. Registration and event opening hours can be found here .

What is Terrapinn Events (Swapcard)?
Terrapinn Events (Swapcard) is our official event platform app. You will receive your log-in details in end-October 2024. Please check your mailbox for an email from info@swapcard.com . Once you have received your details, you must download the app and login as you will need to present your QR code at registration for your badge.

The app will also give you the opportunity to make connections and network with other attendees. As there will be no paper agendas at the event, you can view it on the app; build your own personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in.

Please note, you cannot attend the event or dial into any sessions virtually through the app. You will need to attend the event physically to participate in sessions.

How can I arrange for meetings in Terrapinn Events (Swapcard) ?
Look for the Attendees tab in the virtual event platform and make use of the filters to see the list of attendees recommended to you for meetings.

Can I continue to access the virtual event platform after the event?
No

How do I access the presentation slides and recordings after the event?
Session recordings and/or presentation slides will NOT be available after the event.

What's the address of the venue?
Telecoms World Asia 2024 will be in Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, Bangkok, Thailand. Please visit here to plan your route to the venue.

Do you provide luggage storage services?
No.

Are there any networking sessions that I can attend?
Yes there are! You are invited to attend the cocktail party at the end of day 1. Organised at a venue within walking distance to the exhibition hall, the party is a perfect opportunity for you to unwind after a day of business meetings, and network with fellow professionals. Refer to the agenda for venue details and timings.
