Neesha Wilson is the Cyber Lead at the ACT Cyber Security Centre, where she drives strategic cyber uplift initiatives to strengthen the security and resilience of ACT Government systems and services. Leading whole-of-government efforts, she brings together governance, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement to support secure, large-scale digital transformation. With a strong background in federal cybersecurity, cyber threat intelligence, and national security operations, Neesha has extensive experience managing complex security programs in high-risk environments. She has worked closely with Australia’s National Intelligence Community and international partners, applying an intelligence-led approach to cyber risk management and capability development. Neesha is passionate about advancing cybersecurity maturity and fostering a culture of security awareness. She holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, a Graduate Certificate in Government Informatics, and a Master of Cyber Security.
