Ken Maxwell, Chief Executive Officer, xAmplify

Ken started his career through serving in the Royal Australian Navy as an Aeronautical Engineer.  He achieved certified engineer status and sign-off responsibilities for Naval aviation assets as well as achieving formal Chartered status through Engineers Australia. 
Ken then progressed into Federal Government as an independent contractor providing direct management support and experience, including project and programme management skills and advice in the delivery of transformational programs. 
Transitioning into Professional Services Ken has been key to growing the government practice in his time at PwC where he advanced quickly to Partner level and spearheaded programs for the Department of Defence. Following on from this Ken moved to EY as a Partner where he led the growth of the firm servicing the Home Affairs Portfolio.   
From a career specialising in organisational and capability reviews, complex capability & assets, and delivering transformation, Ken now leads xAmplify to partner with clients on their journeys of transformational change – enabling intelligent solutions.

AI Hits the Data Wall

Over the next decade, AI algorithms will be responsible for introducing new applications and services within environments while also infusing legacy applications with new insight and automation. The Cambrian explosion of AI processors is now being rivaled by an even larger explosion in the amount and sources of data that organizations must continually mine in order to refactor and refine next-generation AI models. To accomplish this a new data access paradigm must be established.
