Kelly has extensive experience in Aerospace & Defense, Military, and Industrial markets focused in business and market development, product line management and product management. Kelly holds a Master of Business degree from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, Emphasis Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fresno, CA.
