Armando Dacal is Vice President, Asia-Pacific for Tanium. As Vice President, Asia-Pacific, Armando is responsible for driving Tanium’s regional profile and growth in the region. Prior to joining Tanium, Armando held the role of Vice President, Cloud and Service Provider for Asia Pacific for Palo Alto Networks, and also the role of Regional Vice President Australia & New Zealand.
Armando has more than 20 years of experience in leading high-performing customer- and partner-facing organisations for high-growth technology vendors. He has a strong track record of leading successful commercial and operational teams around the globe. Having built and scaled winning organisations in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, across multi-channel sales environments, he brings a strong command for building new revenue streams for both public and private companies.
Prior to this, Armando held a number of senior sales leadership roles across leading technology vendors including Symantec, VeriSign, and Melbourne IT.
Armando (43) holds a BA degree in International Economics from San Diego State University, he also serves to promote and foster American and Australian business relationships in his role as Governor for the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia.
