Andrew Meek, Director - Service Management, Atlassian

I have always been fascinated by how technology is used. From my first experiences with technology on a family dairy farm, through to working today with top private and public sector organisations across APAC. I am amazed at the many and varied ways that technology can help move us forward.

Throughout my career I have had a particular focus on Service Management, and how technology underpins the way the way that services are delivered within an organisation and to its customers. This includes technology services, including IT Service Management and IT Operations Management as well as Enterprise Service Management and Global Business Services Programs.

Working across many sectors, countries and organisations, I believe that one of the key ingredients for both innovation and transformation is learning from and building on the experience of others. This is one of my key passions, and a key part of my role leading the Service Management team for APAC at Atlassian.

Prior to joining Atlassian, I held a range of solutions leadership roles with other technology companies, as well as consulting, delivery and operations roles prior. I hold a Bachelor of Technology (Information Systems) and Master of Business Administration.
