Amanda Cattermole has been Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Digital Health Agency since September 2020 after serving as Chief Operating Officer at Services Australia and as interim CEO during the 2019-20 bushfires.
Among other senior roles at Services Australia was an extended period as Deputy Secretary (Health and Aged Care).
Amanda has also held senior roles with the Commonwealth Treasury, the departments of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, and with state departments in Victoria and Western Australia.
Earlier in her career, Amanda worked as a lawyer in Victoria, the Northern Territory and Western Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Laws and a Master of Business Administration.
Amanda received the Public Service Medal (PSM) for outstanding public service leading reform in providing housing for Indigenous people in remote communities and National Gambling Reform laws.
